IMPORTANT UPDATES

Practice Update

• Monday, 11/25: Practice in the CASH wrestling room at 6:00 PM. This will be our last full-team practice before splitting into groups.

• No Practice the Rest of the Week After Monday: Due to the holiday break, there will be no practice for the rest of the week. Practice will resume on Monday, December 2nd, at 6:00 PM.

Enjoy the holiday, and we’ll see everyone after the break!

Practice Groups Are Set

Initial group assignments are set but may be adjusted if necessary. Any changes will be decided by the coaching staff after consulting with the wrestler’s family.

• Fundamentals First Group: Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00 PM–7:30 PM

• Experienced Group: Monday & Wednesday, 6:00 PM–7:30 PM

We will email the group rosters separately to each group, so PLEASE keep an eye out Monday night or Tuesday morning. Be sure to check spam and junk folders just in case.

The email will be from ryan@rrwc-cville.com, and include an attachment with our practice structure outline and expectations.

TeamLinkt Update

Everyone who has submitted all registration information should have received an email invite to TeamLinkt. Please let us know if you have completed all registration requirements and have not received the email.

As a Reminder

If there is a match on Saturday, you MUST update your wrestler's availability in the app by the end of practice on Thursday. Please select: Going, Maybe, or Not Going.

No response = No matches for your wrestler.

Please understand that this is out of respect for everyone involved in coordinating the matches—coaches, parents, and families. Your timely response helps ensure things run as smoothly as possible. The more efficient the process, the better the experience for everyone—and the earlier we all get home on Saturdays.

If you know earlier in the week that your wrestler can't attend a match, please let me know as soon as possible.
